The terms and conditions contained in this Tour Participation Agreement govern the relationship between you, the passenger, and us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Tour Participation Agreement. They outline, among other things, our cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Reservation: An initial deposit of 30% to 60% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation. We do not include transaction charges in the tour cost. Transaction fees is to be charged extra.
Final Payment: A deposit of rest of the payment as per your selected tour is required 21 days prior to commencement of tour (for private tours) and 60 days prior to commencement of tour (for fixed date and group tours) or as per agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.
Final payments are due 21 days / 60 days (depending on the type of tour) prior to trip, depending upon the program. See the Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation Fees schedule included in this Tour Participation Agreement for payment due dates for specific programs. Reservations may be put on a waitlist or canceled by CozyNuk if payment is not received by the final payment due date. Should this occur, cancellation charges will apply. All prices are stated in Euro, per person, and based on double occupancy (twin sharing), unless otherwise noted.
The tour price includes Arrival / Departure, Air Condition Luxury vehicle, Domestic Flight Tickets, Train Tickets - AC Sleeper Class (if applicable), Hotel Charges with CPAI Plan, government taxes, Camel Safari in Thar Desert (if applicable), Boating at Varanasi in River Ganges (if applicable).
Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and Internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fee at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs or any other expenses which is not specified.
Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger’s responsibility.

CozyNuk understands if you need to change your itinerary. Most programs allow travel deviations that affect destination, departure date, program extensions, and the like. Note that tour plan can be changed; provided that requests are made in writing 21 days / 60 days (depending on the type of tour) prior to the commencement of the tour. Deviations and cancellations are subject to a €50.00 per-person non-refundable processing fees and all cancellation charges of train tickets, flight tickets and hotels shall also be included in Deviation and Cancellation Charges. No deviations can be made or processed within 21 days of commencement of tour.
Time to time CozyNuk release discount coupons to find and benefit valuable customers. These discound coupon numbers are valid for package tours only, in which we provide hotels, transportation and other tour services.
Discount coupons are not valid for the peak season. Peak season dates starts from 12th of December to 10th January.
Discount coupons are valid for the tours upto 31st March only.
After caculating the cost of tour, you can use the discount coupon number to get the discount. To avail discounts, you have to share discount coupon number with us.

Cancellations are based on per person bases. Please note, however, that reservations made after the final payment date are immediately subject to cancellation charges.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and contact your CozyNuk specialist. To receive any refund, if applicable, that may be due will be processed within 35 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.
Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip.
Accommodation in Double Rooms on twin sharing basis.
Hotels, train & flight reservations are subject to availability.
Fares / rates are subject to change.
Euro, British Ponds and Dollars easily exchangeable in India.
Any other service that has not been specified and you want to add, please let us know.
If any above hotel is sold-out then other similar level hotel is guaranteed.
During travel if you want to change any hotel, you have to inform us 7 days prior.
We are not responsible for any political demonstration, Natural calamity, Traffic jams etc.
We are not responsible for any flight or train cancellation or no show at the last moment. In such situation the compensation and dealings will be between you and the concerning company, we are not obliged to play role as mediator.
Elephant ride in Jaipur is subject to availability of elephant.
Taj Mahal is closed on Friday.
Red Fort, Akshardham Temple and Lotus Temple in Delhi is closed on Monday.
The responsibility of CozyNuk, its affiliated companies, officers/directors, employees, sponsoring organisations, and agents is strictly limited. As a tour operator and agency, CozyNuk organises, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including sightseeing excursions, and hotel accommodations, that CozyNuk purchases or reserves from various suppliers (collectively, "Suppliers"). CozyNuk does not own or operate any of these Suppliers. The Suppliers providing travel services for CozyNuk tour programs are independent contractors, and are not agents or employees of CozyNuk. As such, CozyNuk is not responsible for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any negligent or willful act or failure to act of, or breach of contract by, any Supplier or any other third party. Some tours include visits to shops and merchants. CozyNuk is not responsible for any purchases you make during your trip, whether or not that merchant is part of the scheduled itinerary. By utilizing the travel services of the Suppliers, you agree that you will look only to such Suppliers in respect of any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither CozyNuk nor any representative of CozyNuk shall be liable.
Without limiting the foregoing, CozyNuk is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delays or changes in schedules, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, defaults by any third parties, including Suppliers, mechanical or other failure of trains or other means of transportation, or the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. CozyNuk is not responsible for acts of God or force major events, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, sickness, weather conditions, strikes and other labor activities, acts of terrorism, acts of war (declared or undeclared), quarantines, embargoes, blockades, criminal activities or any other act or event beyond the direct control of CozyNuk.
CozyNuk assumes no financial responsibility for any cancellations or delays resulting from invalid passports, visas, or other travel document requirements, or for ticket or other travel documents that do not reflect your name exactly as it appears on your passport. CozyNuk reserves the right to change the itinerary of the tour without prior notice. If the tour is cancelled by CozyNuk for any reason, CozyNuk shall have no liability beyond the prompt refund of all tour participants’ payments received by it.

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids and we traveled around northern India for over 2 weeks. The planning of such a trip takes alot of time and details.
