Parco Nazionale di Panna is situated in the Vindhyan Range and spreads over Panna and Chhatarpur districts in the northern part of the Madhya Pradesh State of India.
Uno degli aspetti ecologici più significativi della Tiger Reserve è che il distretto di Panna costituisce il confine più settentrionale della distribuzione naturale del teak e i limiti orientali delle foreste miste di teak-kardhai.
